August 2012 - Present: Remote Broadcast Engineer, Board OperatorHired as an On Air talent, responsible for getting all program elements on the air, logging all elements, recording elements from various sources, operating the automation system for music and Audio Vault for other program elements in the past, currently using WideOrbit automation and EBRCart systems, and timely broadcast of EAS and weather alerts. Also Board Operator for broadcasts of Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Ohio State Buckeyes, NFL, NCAA and local HS sports. Became the Remote Broadcast Engineer for local HS sports and community event broadcasts using Gentner phone hybrids, Comrex Hotline and Tieline digital phone codecs, and Marti RF site-to-studio links.

Music programming was delivered on tapes, or through FM subcarrier or satellite antennas and receivers. Also installed and serviced wired and wireless drive thru ordering systems.

Hired as a Board Operator and was responsible for getting on the air and logging all program elements of live talk shows and recorded programs, recording program elements from satellite and phone feeds, reading and logging performance measurements of the transmitter and antenna system, timely broadcast of EBS and weather alerts, and broadcasts of Cleveland Indians, NFL, NCAA and Ohio State Buckeyes sports. Also Network Control Operator for the Cleveland Indians Radio Network and Booth Engineer for the Ohio Cup games between the Indians and the Reds in Columbus OH. Became the Remote Broadcast Engineer and “on site” Producer for live talk shows using Comrex 3- telephone line extenders. Took on additional duties as the Assistant to the Chief Engineer, assisting with the routine maintenance of studio equipment and the remodeling of all the studios.
