Corporate Sales Manager, Team Builder.
CurrentI've had the privilege of experiencing a sales closer/floor manager & desk manager position in my automotive career. My current company title is " Corporate Manager" as I locate, higher and train new sales people for three dealerships. I have proven myself a success in this position with establishing high performing teams/personnel for the company. Teaching our process, protocols and systems we require every rep to use is a major part of my position as well as teaching communication methods and ways to accomplish the goal, earning customer's business while mitigating profit loss all plays a daily part in my training. Furthermore I am a motivational speaker & influencer who councils staff individually or in groups to lift energy, increase performance or simply listen to feed back to understand the moral and camaraderie among employees. Other duties included introducing processes and sales methods for the company & reporting to the owner on managements ways of handling new hires and other concerns I may have involving employees, process, customers or other considerations.
