Responsible for overall industry strategy, offerings, revenue, and investments

Responsible for defining a new AI and digitally enabled customer support approach aligned with Bombardier’s “Bring Your Aircraft Home” corporate initiative. Worked directly for Sr VP/GM of customer services. Worked with/led a diverse team across Bombardier, IBM and other 3rd party partners to developed an integrated solution and digital approach that linked Connected Aircraft, AHMS (Aircraft Health Management), Online Parts marketplace, and the paperless services center initiatives. The outcome was the detailed mapping of every customer touchpoint, and how digital and AI would transform that touchpoint. I was the driver behind the corporate culture change to digital touch points; marrying Bombardier’s deep product knowledge with digital insights to provide a differentiated customer experience. Drove team working with CFO’s office to define business case and targeted financial outcomes by work stream and use case level. This led to a 20X improvement in Financial target on an annual basis. For paperless service center stream I was the executive responsible for project success including project delivery, financials, timeline commitments, remote development, Interfacing and managing COTS package (Maximo for Aviation) enhancement delivery. Transitioned entire team to Dev/Ops/Agile development and delivery approach that led to 1/2 of the people , delivering 2X the value, with 2X quality. Managed cross functional team of resources across several Geo’s and companies.

Responsible for Innovation Innitiatives as part of a $700M IT outsourcing contract. Initiatives were focused on technology enabled business transformation and outcomes. Included ideation, prototyping, and value capture planning across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer support.
