Blue Care is one of Queensland's largest employers and was recognised as a Q150 Icon.Key accomplishments: Rolled out, and managed, an externally sourced Learning Management System to Community Services. Developed a tool to assist nurses to plan and document their Continuing Professional Development activities, which was adopted by the whole organisation. Maintained high levels of training compliance across all services. Supported achievements 100+ staff to achieve vocational qualifications or access vocational and/or professional level scholarships.Activities of role: Management of vocational education programs. Delivery of organisational training. Establish, build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers. Analyse and report on organisational and service needs and source products and programs to meet identified needs. Monitor organisational training compliance, and plan and implement strategies to improve and maintain high standards.
