• Advised a regional bank on the buy side and Private Equity with 1415 MW Power Asset Valuations across CAISO, ERCOT, PJM, and ISO-NE and Florida• Performed independent analysis and valuation; then provided recommendations from a trading, marketing, structuring, operational, and risk point of view. This required a complete commercial and operational review of relevant contracts, modeling assumptions, and performing a spread option valuation based on the following but not limited to: operational characteristics, power and gas contracts (Fuel/QF/PPA’s), regional market dynamics and ISO rules, forward energy curves (power, capacity, gas)• Advised with Natural Gas Supply Transmission Analysis as it related to domestic LNG exports• Advised Energy Company on build-out and structure of Commercial Sales and trading thru Mid to Back Office

Aron’s Sales and Trading desk’s current and future business opportunities in MISO, PJM, ISO-NE, NYISO and the South East through executing tolling transactions, heat rate options and participating in load RFPs Advised the commodities business on the risks and rewards of tolling transactions and load RFPs and Created complex settlement models and operated tolling, supply and structured transactions until they could be fully integrated into existing business processes and systemsManaged a natural gas tolling facility and generation only balancing authority in the South East assisting in dispatch decisions, maintenance, contractual disputes and regulatory compliance
