Teams), Exchange -Good understanding of general networking topologies, protocols and hardware-Citrix related systems: Storefront, Director, Cloud, Workspace & Receiver clients, Sharefile-Active Directory related tasks, Group Policy management I have excellent communication skills, both internally with my team/colleagues and in outside client interaction.Good understanding of SLAs and internal process's regarding IT team structures, triage workflows, knowledge base resources.I will always strive to provide efficient and diligent support, with many years in customer facing roles to provide the best service possible.Full drivers license.Currently based in Co.
