Senior Field Service Engineer IV located in Chicago. Managing installations and service in a 12 state area working with US Customs. Resolved service issues of previous techs. A Treasury BI (background investigation) was performed and renewed in 2012 for access to Top-Secret documents.  Regional Technical Representative supporting the dealers in the Midwest area. This position included a rotational factory training responsibility to train dealer technicians in the Dallas, TX. National training center as needed. Most other travel was performed by car within the territory. Other regions were also supported as requested for installations of major accounts and service.
