As lead, David managed client expectations, while coordinating the UAT and Pilot delivery of the system.User Management Functional and Technical Lead: He wrote key integration layers between .Net and a WebSphere MQSeries interface in C# involving a Windows Service scheduler, two C# applications, and a corresponding installer. He also designed a web-service integration point between the java portal and a .NET API, while completely building the COTS-based API for the project. -NTIA Coupon Program (B&P Team), Lead Application Architect: He analyzed and evaluated the technical architecture of two subcontractors seeking IBM as a prime contractor in a public sector bid from an RFP from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). He also collaborated with Solution, Data, and CRM Architects to design and present a comprehensive integration solution, involving acquiring and processing data from subcontractor systems to a Business Intelligence COTS-Product. He also assisted the proposal teams of both subcontractors in reviewing and writing sections of the proposal. On August 15th, 2007, NTIA awarded IBM the $120 Million contract. -
