-DoD DLA (CFMS)Technical Lead: Led 45-member technical team in delivering $100M Multi-platform integrated System for Defense Logistics Agency. Coordinating infrastructure, Budgeting, Planning, Engineering, Development, Testing, Data Migration, Reporting, and Compliance/IA/FFMIA teams while interfacing regularly with Client in developing and implementing a DoD System for Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and MSC. As lead, David managed client expectations, while coordinating the UAT and Pilot delivery of the system.User Management Functional and Technical Lead: He wrote key integration layers between .Net and a WebSphere MQSeries interface in C# involving a Windows Service scheduler, two C# applications, and a corresponding installer. He also designed a web-service integration point between the java portal and a .NET API, while completely building the COTS-based API for the project. -NTIA Coupon Program (B&P Team), Lead Application Architect: He analyzed and evaluated the technical architecture of two subcontractors seeking IBM as a prime contractor in a public sector bid from an RFP from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). He also collaborated with Solution, Data, and CRM Architects to design and present a comprehensive integration solution, involving acquiring and processing data from subcontractor systems to a Business Intelligence COTS-Product. He also assisted the proposal teams of both subcontractors in reviewing and writing sections of the proposal. On August 15th, 2007, NTIA awarded IBM the $120 Million contract.

• Designed, built and deployed core iPhone application from the ground up all the way through to delivery on the Apple App Store. Application utilized .NET web-services to transfer online CRM system data from server to device and back. Application written in Ojective C using X-Code.• Outlook-CLP Add-Ins: To allow clients of the company’s flagship CRM system (www.salesoptima.com) to integrate email, contact, and calendar information with Microsoft Outlook, these components were built in C# using the Outlook 2003 PIA and implemented IExtensibility to synchronize Outlook emails, appointments, and contacts with the CLP System.

• Architected, coordinated, co-developed, and co-implemented the development of all business and retailing software systems. The following are the applications we built from the ground up. Enterprise Scale Projects:• OrderCube F&B Enterprise (www.ordercube.com): An enterprise class system (ERP) built to manage high-volume QSR and TSR Food & Beverage Restaurant Chains and Franchises. Five independent applications made up the System (from Systems Analysis to Deployment: 36 months):• F&B POS: Windows-based retail core application served as a high-precision ingredient-level multiple-location inventory manager while servicing all the functions of an F&B Dine-In/Delivery point-of-purchase to point-of-sale system (including CRM, Cash Management, Accounts,Time-Keeping, etc.). (C#, SQL Server).• Digital Studio: Windows-based Photo-lab delivery processing system integrated with a Point-of-Sale/Inventory Management Application. (C#, SQL Server), the system provided a complete in-house solution for independent photo labs, by consolidating all paper-based functions into an automated process (from Systems Analysis to Deployment: 11 months).• DP Retail Apparel: Windows-based Point-of-Sale/Inventory Management application built from the ground up (C#, Access). Point-of-Sale Application for retail apparel-based independent retailers (from Systems Analysis to Deployment: 9 months).• OrderJet BookStore - Windows–based simple Order-Processing/Inventory Management application using Crystal Reports as a reporting component. It was written in VB.Net/ Access (from Systems Analysis to Deployment: 5 months).

• (www.financialcatalyst.com) ASP.Net Windows and Web-based Applications. Written entirely in C#, the System implemented XML, XSLT, and the Java-based Apache FOP Project with SQL Server 2000 as the back-end database. FC served as the core product-suite for an Australian-based lead-generation firm servicing the Financial Services Industry in that country. The system primarily produced a 23-page full-colour, print-quality, customized .pdf document on a Customer’s financial position at retirement (from Systems Analysis to Deployment: 12 months).
