I am responsible for training 200 plus outfitters on all products and services from Cabelas. I go off site and support our Marketing Dept. and teach subjects to customers from water safety to basic kayak.I take new products from the store level and train products to employees to make them better sales outfitters and support any employee that needs assistance to finalize the sale. Strong knowledge in camping,cooking,and soft lines,canoes and kayaks. Able to produce learning plans and follow up to assure outfitters or students are updated on product knowledge.20 years in the outdoor industries business with solid results.
