Complete new hire packages and distribute paperwork to the corporate office and appropriate agencies (Application, I-9, WOTC, W-2, background check) Supervisor: Directly in charge of a staff of four employees and indirectly responsible for several neighboring stores as support, scheduling, attend/facilitate monthly sales meetings, coaching staff to reach goals and create a positive environment to enhance morale.Customer Service: Experience with heavy customer traffic, converting shoppers into buyers through a focused customer service model through reading and reacting to fit their needs. Ability to multi-task and perform daily task and customer service simultaneously. Loss Prevention: Experience with performing inventory/sales/paperwork audits, floor control to deter shoplifting, investigative techniques for internal and external theft and manage process for the collection of returned checks. Working with local authorities to complete forms related to shoplifting incidents. Show less
