EASA and Other Regulations :•Review changes in applicable regulation & standards, evaluate the impact on the Airport's Management System and documentation.Audits :•Prepare and perform assigned internal and external audits/inspections as part of the annual Audit Plan.•Record findings based on factual evidence whenever non-compliance is found against an applicable regulation or standard Operations. •Recommend solutions to close raised findings.•Establish the deadline for implementation of the corrective actions and verify that implementation of the corrective actions has taken place within the agreed due date.•Ensure that the root cause analysis for findings has been performed and review the correctness of the identified root cause.•Close the audit when all corrective actions have been taken and ensure that accurate and complete records documenting the results of the Compliance Monitoring Programme are available.Manuals:• Review amendments to Air Beauvais Airport ’s Management System documentation to verify compliance with the applicable regulations ( EASA-DGAC ) and standards( OACI-IATA-ACI,..).

My role of Duty Station Manager is an extremly challenging one!I'm in charge of ground operations at Beauvais Airport : - from 200 000 in 2002 up to 4 000 000 passengers per year today- Airlines : Ryanair, Wizzair, Blue Air, Air Moldova, Charter airlines, VIP flights (45 flights per day)- Airport Staff Managment (between 200 and 300 employees)Ground operations include passenger ticketing and check-in, baggage and cargo services, gate area passenger boarding and deboarding and on-ground aircraft servicing. I'm responsible for seeing that the station's flights leave on time and with all passengers and luggage, lead and manage my assigned ground operations employees, and local safety programs
