● Technical architect on project to deliver e-commerce integration between SunPower and General Motors. Integration involved 5 SunPower software teams, as well as dozens of engineers from GM, at peak involving 50+ engineers. Developed overall design, reviewed designs from contributing SunPower and GM teams, kept project delivery on track by tackling timeline and quality risks. Project was estimated to generate $20 million revenue in 2024, growing to $100 million by 2028.● Developed norms and standards for concerns like software quality, application security, and design processes. Adopted by 5+ teams in the engineering organization.● As first member of the pricing engineering team, worked cross functionally with stakeholders in finance, engineering, and operations to understand the state of pricing software and processes at SunPower. Written documentation was used to educate C-Suite executives of current business process and software status. Documentation was shared with the 300+ engineering organization as an example to follow.

● Technical leader on a multi-engineering team effort to scale AWS Organizations to AWS’ largest customers, including Amazon.com, Intuit, and others. Identified scaling constraints and re-architected partner teams’ software to meet needed scale, resulting in increased limit on number of AWS accounts in an Organization.● Defined features and architecture for new capabilities of Organizations, to support enterprise customer needs. Features estimated to bring in an additional $40 million in revenue.● Conducted Operational Readiness Review of team’s software, to audit release quality met AWS bar.

● End to end lead of team of 3 engineers for integration between Service Quotas and AWS Organizations.● Conducted Operational Readiness Review of software, improving release quality and safety across 5 teams of 60+ engineers.● Provided technical guidance for initial platform, which to date has supported 30+ integrations.

● Developed proposal for new AWS Service Quotas customer experience, resulting in funding an engineering team of 10, with a total budget of $10 million. Proposal was approved by AWS C-Suite, with positive feedback from customers like Intuit, Vanguard, CapitalOne, and Netflix.● Hired out initial team, providing mentoring and support for their careers (including promotion).

● End to end development of new onboarding mechanisms that doubled client base, securing credential management and deployment gaps at the company, resulting in closed C-Suite audit committee items.
