David is a valuer with 30 years' experience across a wide range of industry related areas, including commercial and industrial real estate. His key expertise lies in the valuation of large scale industrial commercial and retail developments and subdivisions for the purposes of development finance, rental determinations, feasibility studies, accounting, taxation, asset disposal, acquisition, and proposed sale or purchase.David has completed major valuation assignments for an array of statutory bodies and multinational corporations.
