The onshore Contact Centre project was launched and thousands of new customer service experts have been hired to facilitate the needs of Telstra's customers. I have been appointed on a contract basis to facilitate the Team Lead of the Melbourne Customer Service Contact Centre. It is my goal to ensure Telstra's customers are provided with world-class service, and my team is given all the tools, training and mentoring needed to thrive in an environment that we as a country have never faced before.

For three years I achieved continued success gaining many awards and achieving a QTR on QTR target of $14M against a $9M target.
