Telstra heard the calls of thousands of Australians affected by the Corona Virus Pandemic and went into action. The onshore Contact Centre project was launched and thousands of new customer service experts have been hired to facilitate the needs of Telstra's customers. I have been appointed on a contract basis to facilitate the Team Lead of the Melbourne Customer Service Contact Centre. It is my goal to ensure Telstra's customers are provided with world-class service, and my team is given all the tools, training and mentoring needed to thrive in an environment that we as a country have never faced before.

Inbound Call Centre Lending:I was promoted from the customer service team to a home loan specialist within my first three months of employmentBecame a founding member of the "internet home loans" team, a product that was designed to allow real time lending capabilities to those at home through the CBA's worldclass netbank app. The launch was a success with the team billing over $4M a week in new revenueAfter the success of the internet team launch, I was promoted to the top lending cell in the CBA's call centre. For three years I achieved continued success gaining many awards and achieving a QTR on QTR target of $14M against a $9M target.
