• Leading a department that is entirely distributed and remote among different states and countries.
• Working with contractors in addition to US staff in a workforce expansion model.
• Introduced and successfully introduced the concept of Hackathons to the company. As a result, we produced the company's first mobile app using experimental technologies over the span of a week (Google's Flutter, Dart).
• Restructured SDLC and department in order to reduce daily "firefighting" and created project teams in an effort to deliver advancements while still supporting daily operations.
• Established and enforced SCRUM rituals and activities such as Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums, Grooming, Standups, Sprint planning, etc.

Created critically acclaimed Max Payne 2 Total Conversion titled "Hall of Mirrors" for Max Payne 2 while attending college full time. My work was featured on PC Gamer (then a magazine) where I was interviewed to discuss my work on the mod. This TC was released in 2004 has been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times, with glowing reviews to this day.
