From there, I moved into import roles in Barranquilla's free trade zone, fuel logistics, restaurant management in Santa Marta, and the wellness industry in Bogotá. All these experiences have prepared me for my biggest venture yet: Pescayé.PescayéPescayé is more than just a restaurant; it's an initiative with multiple locations in the Colombian Caribbean and growing. We've created a space that not only offers an exceptional culinary experience but also promotes awareness about the care of our waters, their fishermen, families, and women heads of households. Dishes like coconut rice, fish, plantains, and corozo are just a means to our main purpose: sustainability.Our primary goal is to create a positive impact and educate people about the importance of caring for rivers, mangroves, marshes, and all the beings that inhabit them. Through vibrant colors, inviting ambiance, sustainable design, and a tribute to handmade crafts, we celebrate the culture, the original neighborhoods, and the people of the Caribbean. We are expanding to countries like Panama, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the United States.Our MissionWe set out to transform a dream into a profitable and sustainable project.
