 Adaptation of agile project management principles into delivering strategic projects / initiatives for the FoodCo (own brand) business. Managed the delivery of key strategic Project and Programs – FoodCo Supplier Portal, Metro Sales Org Migration, Ready to create- Meal Kits, Health Strategy and Convenience Supply Chain.  Developed supporting governance models for key strategic initiatives including end to end value chain, Materials Handling (Produce Crates), City Kitchen (ready meals) efficiency program and corporate risk reporting. Negotiation of Master Services agreements and statement of works with value chain consultants and tech partners including; SLA’s, requirements, financial forecasts and benefits tracking. Managing a team of indirect and direct reports to achieve the project outcomes and deliverables – including the profitability of Woolworths Food Quarter, incremental growth in sandwich category and break even of vertically integrated ready meal plant. Completed strategic recommendations across price and promotions, finance reporting, business and consumer analytics, tailored range and operating model for Metro.

Completed end to end review of the domestic and international supplychain for the Woolworths Produce business – including detailed processmapping identifying the drivers of waste, dwell time and impacts toproduct quality. Stakeholder engagement of internal and external stakeholders to identifyand implement initiatives delivering business benefit. Managed the reporting of project benefits and costs, including currentand budgeted expenditure. Leadership and support of people across various levels of projectexperience. Development of domestic supply chain solutions including warehouseconversions for Milk, Produce, Dairy and Pet accessories.

 Transitioned the supply of Woolworths Own brand milk for 250+ stores in Victoria and Southern NSW in line with new vendor agreements.  Managed the concept, plan, design and implementation of an end-to-end supply chain solution for Woolworths Liquor Group. Pennant Hills

 Delivered the business case, concept, plan and design of a $13million re-engineering of the Danks hardware warehouse. Managed the Negotiation of a sale and leaseback and defect and liability period of Tasmania RDC. Completed the decommissioning and closure of 2 Tasmanian facilities, including the settlement of make good of commercial lease arrangements.

 Managed the coordination of the construction, fit out and commissioning of a $67million warehouse in Launceston, Tasmania.

Holistic experience in managing the flow of goods through the internal logistics functions at Woolworths. 3 month rotations through the supply chain: Distribution centres, forecasting and replenishment, transport, international logistics and within the logistics development program office.
