I was responsible for starting up and developing the Government Marketing Department for Enterprise. My responsibilities included assessing procurement on a state-by-state basis as well as developing expertise in working with the Federal Government and the General Services Administration. Developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy and leading a sales team helped our groups have a high level of success against an entrenched group of competitors.
