We doubled our throughput at the school while I worked as the curriculum chief, responsible for ensuring consistent training and maintaining our training materials. I trained the new instructors and monitored classes to ensure we delivered the expected training. We added 10 new contract instructors and creatively found a way to utilize our available space.
