Managed construction of very high end multimillion dollar homes in Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village. Contributed to the development and update of estimating, bidding, contract development and field management templates and practices. Developed and maintained very successful and professional relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors. Learned the value of presenting pre-vetted solutions to challenges rather than simply pointing out problems. I had the privilege of working with some of the very highest caliber craftsmen working with the highest quality materials. Truly spectacular projects. It was a great experience!

As part of a design build team, I was responsible for all aspects of the construction management and supervision of large multimillion dollar single family vacation homes in the mountain communities along the Vail Valley. These projects all began as spec. homes in established resort areas with unique and challenging security, regulatory and environmental constraints. Demanding clients and strict holiday deadlines were the norm... I absolutely fell in love with it!
