I am a qualified Personal Development Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP. I use these skills in what I call 'People Magic' - the process whereby I help people achieve things that they previously thought not possible for them.A key interest of mine is the use of NLP within a sales and business environment and in 2013 my first book, 'The Chameleon Effect' was published, within which is a number of ideas and techniques that will assist sales people in consultative selling roles to improve their chances of sales success.I am qualified in the use of a range of psychometric tools which I use to help people understand their preferences and the impact of these in their working lives. I believe that sometimes the key to personal success is to stop doing things the way you have always done them and to re-establish new patterns of behaviour.Within my professional life I am a member of the BSHAA Profesional Development Committee and have written a number of articles for BSHAA News. I am also a founder member of The Academy of Neuro Linguistic Coaching and have given a number of talks and conducted workshops on the subject of Personal Development.
