I currently undertake Project Manager (Design and PMCA) and Project Director roles across numerous Defence projects. I lead large diverse project teams and strive for excellent client delivery while promoting innovative thinking, growth and team development.

As the Section leader - Project Management & Advisory for Brisbane's Buildings and Infrastructure Business I am responsible for the operational function, resourcing, financial performance, coordination, mentoring and staff development and the marketing of the Project Management and Advisory teams. In addition to performing the Section Leader role I also undertake PMCA, Design services Project Management, Design Management and Project Director roles for numerous projects. This includes the preparation of many numerous proposals and actual ‘hands on’ project involvement including responsibility for the financial performance, contract administration / compliance, engineering standards, documentation standards and installation procedures of the projects.

I am a performance-driven and accomplished professional, recognised for an exceptional track record in the provision of high quality standards in management of multi-million dollar projects. I currently undertake Project Manager and Project Director roles across numerous projects. This includes the preparation of proposal documents and actual ‘hands on’ project involvement including responsibility for the architectural/ engineering standards, documentation standards, installation procedures, contract administration protocols and financial control of projects.Furthermore, I am an experienced engineer with a multi-discipline building services background encompassing a broad spectrum of projects across the different building sectors within the UK and Australia. I have been heavily involved in the design and delivery of several significant projects, some of which include Defence, non-process infrastructure (NPI), custodial, commercial, leisure, educational, residential, retail, healthcare and industrial developments.

As the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Project Delivery Manager for Buildings and Infrastructure I was responsible for the development and execution of Project Management across all ANZ Operations Centre’s to best practice and in accordance with the SKM corporate procedures and systems. The purpose of the role was to ensure that quality of engineering, written standards, QA and HSEC systems, project management systems and procedures, software and knowledge management were developed and maintained with a focus on increased value and efficient delivery to SKM’s customers. I had a proactive role interacting with all Operation Centre Project Delivery Champions and assists in the promoting and developing of Project Management and Quality Assurance capabilities.

As the Project Delivery Manager for Buildings and Infrastructure (Perth), I was responsible for the development and execution of Project Management across the Operations Centre, to best practice and in accordance with the SKM corporate procedures and systems.My role was to ensure that quality of engineering, written standards, QA and HSEC systems, project management systems and procedures, software and knowledge management were developed and maintained with a focus on increased value and efficient delivery to SKM’s customers. I had a proactive role interacting with all staff in the promoting and developing of Project Management and Quality Assurance capabilities. I actively worked in collaboration with the functional engineering teams in achieving the above strategies.

As the Mechanical Services Team leader for Perth’s Buildings and Infrastructure Business Unit. I was responsible for the operational function, resourcing, financial performance, coordination, mentoring and staff development and the marketing of the Mechanical services engineering team. In addition to performing the team leader role I also undertook Project Management and Project Director roles for numerous projects. This includes the preparation of many numerous proposals and actual ‘hands on’ project involvement including responsibility for the engineering standards, documentation standards, installation procedures, contract administration protocols and financial control of projects.
