Coordination of the User and Member testing for the new LME Clear platform

My key responsibility was the setting up and coordinating of all testing and quality processes for the ForexClear project. This project was set-up to implement the first Clearing platform for OTC FX trades which went live successfully in March 2012.This role included day-to-day management of the functional and performance testing of the core Clearing application, Murex. Ownership of the System Integration and User Acceptance Testing. Definition and coordination of the external Member testing, which involved managing the day-to-day activities of the original 14 member investment banks and the matcher, MarkitSERV.In addition to the ForexClear responsibilities I was chairman of the LCH.Clearnet Testing Working Group. The purpose of this group was to establish a consistent set of testing and quality standards across the whole of LCH, underpinned by a common tool set.

This role included Project, Test and Implementation management of Murex implementations at a variety of banks including JP Morgan, HSBC, UniCredit and Bank of America.
