As Grimshaw Sustainability Lead for the ANZ region, I am passionate about embedding sustainability and resilience principles into the core concepts for our cities and communities. With 25 years of experience, I offer a deep and holistic understanding of interconnected sustainability drivers and green technology applications, plus the know-how to support successful delivery, from project inception to end-of-life. Skilled in visual and oral communication, I enlighten stakeholders and foster interdisciplinary collaboration to realise the new and emerging possibilities for sustainable precincts, infrastructure and buildings. Globally, my diverse portfolio of work has included the low carbon systems retrofit for the Palaces of Westminster, a sustainability master planning for IKEA, and multi-residential passive house projects in China. In Victoria, my projects include campus portfolio advisory for Monash University, the ambitious competition winning design for Southbank by Beulah, systems innovation and high-performance façade consulting for 435 Bourke Street and large scale precinct and community consulting for Development Victoria and Frasers Property.As an accomplished educator over the last seven years, I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching at Melbourne University, RMIT and most recently at Swinburne University on interdisciplinary architectural and engineering design courses. I speak frequently on environmental design and sustainability at architecture schools and industry conferences across Australia.
