JOB DUTIES:• Define and development of new processes, techniques, equipment and tooling.• Knowledge on equipment capability.• Knowledge of manufacturing process.• Interfaces with equipment suppliers (negotiations, technical issues).• Provide Design for Manufacture support at all stages of product design cycle.• Provide production line support / troubleshooting.• Provide support and guidance for equipment performance issues.• Share technical information from external environment.• BOM’s creation and usage %.• Introduction of new products.• Process WI’s, VA’s and DA’s creation.• Service Logistcs Staying test

* Support to Engineer of Bounce SME.* Data Analysis.* Focused on Top RMA's failures, statement by the Customer.* Generate reports and presentations for Customer DirecTV & OEMs.* Process improvements based on the findings during the FA (Reduction Bounce).* 100st NPI analysis.* Shipping of material (samples for OEM, Samsung, Humax, Pace, Technicolor, Seagate & Digital Wester).* Support to OEM (Validation of SW, Scrip & Invasive Screening).* Support to QA Team (8D reports / NPI audit).* Support to PCN's Implementation.* Perform OBA & OBE ETT failure analysis.* Special runs (EBT Extended Burn-in Test).
