• For refurbishments and new store projects oversee and facilitate between Target Support Store Office, builders and subcontractors, the lessor and Store Team to ensure a successful project delivery. • Responsible for leading, planning and delivering store upgrade project on time and within the allocated budget.• Participation in the development and delivery of the NSW/ACT Facility Management Strategy.• Ensure the contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers are effectively managed in order to deliver the services in accordance with the contract requirements.• Knowledge of WHS, regulatory & legislative compliance in accordance with Target HR Policies.• Responsible for management and execution of annual fire safety statements.• Ensuring operational standards and systems are maintained• Maintain safety and operational continuity.• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders.• Processing and invoicing of maintenance and repair orders.
