Principal Product Manager
CurrentIn my role as a Principal Product Manager at Aegis Sortation, I am responsible for market analysis, driving innovation, and leading new product development. I play a key role in leading the New Product Development (NPD). I am the primary point of contact between ‘the product’ and all parts of the business. I translate the business needs and opportunities into product ideas and strategy. I set financial targets and monitors the product costs, budget, and forecasts. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer value propositions and pricing strategies, resulting in increased profitability and market share. Additionally, I manage the product life cycle, ensuring that current and future market requirements are met while maximizing profitability.I drive all aspects of the product success.
