Bergmann on a project exploring Human-AI co-performance, conducted through the Technological Research in Performance Lab (TRiPL).-Created a Python application that allowed for a real-time, spoken conversation between human and AI using Whisper, the OpenAI API, and speech synthesis

-Teaching Assistant for RTA 321: Intro to Tangible Media.-Graded, gave feedback, and supported students with physical computing, including circuit design and Arduino programming.

-Worked on a simulation tool in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ to test and visualize choreography between water-based drones using the same processes as our live performances.-Planned and developed communication / networking protocols.-Created a Python server that managed communications between our drones' ESP32 chips and an external control software.-Developed I2C connections between component parts.

-Worked with a cohort of interns to create a prototype to serve as an example of how small businesses can enter the Metaverse.-Developed UI with React, and a back-end using Node.js, a MongoDB database, and Socket.io for real time multi-user connections.-Implemented the multi-user functionality in the 3D environment using Three.js.

Bergmann through the RTA School of Media and the School of Performance.-Designed and developed an augmented reality application to support digital delivery of orchestral music through the use of spatial and visualized audio.-Developed using Unity [C#].-The app, as well as an accompanying short-paper I co-authored, were presented at the EVA London 2022 conference.
