My job is to ensure that our team aligns our values, mission, and culture with our customers' needs and expectations.Before Sigma Labs I was privileged enough to have been given the opportunity to launch a new business unit and brand for La Fosse, delivering triple digit annual growth (from £0 to £6m ARR) and creating jobs for over 200 people making their first step into technology careers. I was responsible for launching a fullstack coding academy, from curriculum design, GTM, quality assurance, marketing, recruitment and placement support.
