Assist the product management team for 3D measuring devices under my responsibility and this according to 3 main axes:1- Promotion and improvement of products already marketed;2- Development and marketing of new products as part of the organization's product development plan;3- Search for new ideas for products, accessories, applications or markets that can be integrated into the organization's product development plan.The main tasks:• Support the product manager in the definition of the annual range plan in order to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives of the products under my responsibility;• Continuously collaborate with all sales, marketing, application engineers, operations, technical support and R&D teams to ensure the implementation of the plan-range activities;• Ensure consistency and consistency in the development of the organization's 3D measuring equipment offering independently of applications;• Assist the marketing team in developing sales tools and writing content;• Ensure the coordination of strategic benchmarks for the products under my responsibility;• Ensure the collection and communication of market information from various sources (internal, customers-users, competitors, prospects and other market players) on the use of our products and competing products to represent the "voice of Users "in the organization;• Actively participate in the development of new products in collaboration with R&D (positioning, customer benefits, customer requirements and use cases allowing the drafting of specifications);• Define and ensure the execution of "user" type test plans (ergonomics, functionalities, performance, etc.)• Actively participate in product launches under my responsibility (event, marketing, communications and promotion);

Support the Sales Department by performing technical demos for lead clients and by supporting the sales force by performing benchmarks;Provide to the clients the solution that best fits their needs in order and progress towards the processes of purchasing, integrating and using Creaform products line;Provide metrology services by using Creaform technology and software or technology from partner;Act as the reference person when it comes to the use and knowledge line Creaform Product;Work in close relationship with our clients, distributors, subsidiaries and HQ for various training and integration activities and project execution with regards to the use of the Creaform’s products line-up.Adapt or develop new methodologies and/or specific solutions in order to solve issues that clients encountered when using the technologies
