North Shore Consulting Members maintain complete ownership of the workflow, quality, and budget, and are fully involved in all projects we undertake. Our industry has moved away from the essential aspects of protecting human health and the environment and increasingly towards serving the regulatory system. We formed North Shore Consultants to select projects that can make a difference. We are proud to assist businesses in developing innovative and creative solutions to address their regulatory needs, while remaining mindful of the bottom line. North Shore Consultants has built a strong reputation for avoiding unnecessary plans and permits. We spend more time than most integrating project development with the regulatory scheme so that design and permitting costs are minimized, unnecessary construction and operational expenses are avoided and the basic requirements for regulatory compliance are met. We believe the current complexity in Hawaii’s regulatory system is a significant barrier to new business. Our job is to clear the barriers in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
