Additionally manage regional offices in the Southern U.S.Create and implement acquisition strategies aimed at identifying emerging markets and sustainable clients within a similar value system.Lead sales,marketing,estimating,engineering and operations team through competitive edge process during project pursuit.Develop objectives and strategies in support of overall corporate business development goals.Perform and manage research and client contact to identify and prioritize potential customers.Prepare and execute business development action plans for specific targets.Development of proposals, presentations, brochures and prequalification's. Train and assist project personnel committed in proposals to make effective presentations.Meet client's needs prior to contract execution. Provide advice, liaison, planning, etc. to prospective and current clients.Respond to client inquiries about company capabilities and resources.Craft proposal letters, write-ups, exceptions, clarifications and alternates for content and clarity and provide "wording" for positive readability without loss of intent and/or meaning.
