TeleChoice was Optus' largest premium dealer. TeleChoice traded from over 150 locations across Australia and was predominantly a franchised business. The role involved managing a network of up to 45 franchised and company stores across Victoria and South Australia including training & development, performance management, business planning, franchise compliance, recruitment and new store openings.

C2One Communications was an Optus-owned chain of company operated retail outlets. My role involved managing their 12 Victorian stores including recruitment, training and development, business planning, coaching store managers, performance management and reporting.
