The assistance to strengthen partnership development includes support to the NS in codifying its auxiliary role to the government in humanitarian affairs, building partnerships locally and in the Movement. The NSD Delegate will support the leadership of the NS in developing effective, efficient and accountable systems and procedures. In close coordination with the ICRC, the NSD Delegate, will work with the NS on a clear action plan/Road Map to support the recovery of the NS to move it towards becoming the humanitarian partner of Choice in Angola.
