Responsible for managing the operations for the Correspondent Division team by establishing monthly goals, establishing SLA, training, and overseeing the operations staff to ensure established policies and procedures are being maintained•Supervises the operations team and effectively manages the pipeline of loans to reach company goals•Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and all federal laws and regulations•Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience•Monitors and maintains pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded•Works with internal and external clients to resolve problems as it relates to pricing, programs/guidelines and re-works on loan requestsAbility to delegate tasks and accountabilities to staff and evaluates job performance•Communicates with other departments but not limited to sales, Senior Management, and other support departments•Communicates effectively with all internal and external customers when service levels are at risk•Identifies issues and recommends areas for improvement
