Implemented T slot aluminum channels for mounting of auxiliary equipment.Designed the pneumatic circuit for Neonatal Ventilation and auxiliary gas delivery. Implemented cylinder mounted regulators with pressure transducers dropping pressure at the cylinder improving product safety. Implemented a venturi suction device saving space and weight in the overall design. Utilized Push to connect fittings in the pneumatic circuit improving production and service time. Achieved Electrical and Oxygen separation implemented a LED exam light in lieu of incandescent in the old design improving power consumption, and reducing weight.
