INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center (IBMC) is an 892-bed multi-campus facility and flagship hospital for INTEGRIS Health. The IBMC executive team oversees operations for all campus locations and my direct responsibilities included INTEGRIS Mental Health Spencer, INTEGRIS Cancer Institute, INTEGRIS Mental Health assessment team and surgical services across all campus locations.

INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Portland Avenue is a 238 bed acute care facility and free-standing campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center. Departmental responsibilities included oversight of Plant Operations, Imaging, Pharmacy, Outpatient Wound Care, Environmental Services and Dietary. Also led daily operations as the top-ranking executive located at Portland Avenue to drive the strategic plan and grow volumes to meet budgeted expectations.

AllianceHealth Durant is a 148-bed hospital serving Southeastern Oklahoma, offering services that include obstetrics, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, imaging, cardiac catheterization and a Trauma Level III emergency department. AllianceHealth Madill is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Marshall County, Oklahoma. I managed all day-to-day operations in Madill in addition to responsibilities in Durant that included departmental oversight, strategic planning and business development.

AllianceHealth Oklahoma is a network of 8 hospitals owned and operated by Community Health Systems. Responsibilities included physician recruitment, service line development and expansion, physician alignment, practice acquisitions and other growth strategies as assigned.

Recruited all physician specialties for AllianceHealth Deaconess Hospital and 9 other CHS affiliated hospitals in the state of Oklahoma. Also directed physician implementation and startup for providers aligning with the Deaconess Hospital network.

Responsibilities included development and implementation of marketing strategies for Integris Medical Group. Worked with physician recruitment to streamline processes for successful practice startup.
