Operating within a team of three business functions consisting of Prototyping, CNC and low volume 3D print. Managing the day-to-day planning and production of Prototype’s and low volume production. Overseeing the roll out of new technologies, working methods and production development. Servicing customers such as Jaguar land rover, Disney, Mercedes, Blatchford, NCR, Protec, Kromek, Aston Martin, Bentley, BBC and GyroGear in a Rapid Response environment. Managing 6 departments with 40 staff members. Personally, oversaw the integration & development of a MRP system in only a year linking new IT systems with legacy technology to support essential business operations.
