Assist with software testing processes, procedures and implementation for clients: including process management, training, automation, reporting, documentation, monitoring, and manual testing. Proficient working with Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems and Familiar with such tools as Selenium, Webdriver, Protractor, Eggplant, and Sikuli for automation and Appium for IOS mobile app automation; Jmeter for load generation and performance testing; Multilple Browser Developer tools, Charles Proxy, Burp Suite, and OWASP Zap for network traffic monitoring, recording, manipulation and for security testing. Also familiar with various different workflow management tools including, but not limited to VersionOne, Attask/Workfront, OnTime, Salesforce, Jira, etc (domain specific to each client).

Helped implement new web test automation framework (a wrapper around the JavaScript Angular Protractor testing framework); and mobile automation framework (using JavaScript and the IOS Appium framework); and doing load testing with Jmeter. Headed initial performance testing objectives committee for company Performance and Load Testing process.Involved in coordinating and supporting Off-Shore QA Operations for one team in India and four teams in the Philippines. Work closely with developers and QA’s from multiple different dev teams as well as Quality Control/Tech Support, IT, and product management to coordinate QA efforts and resolve issues and defects.Reviewed version control commits for multiple branches in multiple GitHub repositories for staging and production build purposes. Run build scripts for features and bug fixes to different staging environments and live to production. Involved in ram-pup of Selenium WebDriver Automation and EggPlant Automation Testing Processes.
