Reporting to the General Manager Talent, this role oversaw the acquisition of talent across the whole of Energy Australia (EA) through defining a Talent Acquisition Strategy in line with EA’s Organisational Strategy, establishing an ideal sourcing mix, managing relationships with a range of sourcing partners, acting as custodian of an exceptional candidate experience, and actively promoting EA’s employment brand.Achievements:• Directly reducing agency, executive and consulting spend via direct hiring and managing of key roles including: General Manager IT, EPMO Manager, and Executive General Manager Finance.• Renegotiated a number of PSA Supplier Contracts down – expected to cut recruitment spend by 25% per annum.• Working with external recruitment and consulting firms to build better contractual relationships and stronger agreements.• Managed and lead the Talent team in successfully implementing a "large" spill and fill.• Partnering with key executives and stakeholders including the Managing Director and all his executive direct reports.
