Prior to pursuing my own ventures full time, I was the Director of Sales at Cinco Software, an Austin, TX based firm that develops custom proprietary software for companies and VC funded startups. Cinco specializes in Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain companies. Currently, Cinco has offices in Austin, TX, Baton Rouge, LA, Hyderabad, India, and Kharkiv, Ukraine. At Cinco, I generated 500% more sales meetings than my prescribed quotas. I improved my sales technique significantly at Cinco, and continue to use the invaluable experience in my current businesses.About me: Before diving into the technology and entrepreneurship world, I considered a career in medicine. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from LSU and have 4 years of experience in the medical field. Throughout undergrad, I worked as an undergraduate researcher sequencing large batches of genomes, as a medic at Acadian Ambulance Service, in the emergency room at Our Lady of the Lake RMC, and as an intern at the EBR Parish Coroner's Office under Dr. Jimmie Smith. I am also a decade plus experienced potter and sculptor and have taught over 1000 people how to throw on the wheel!Prior to leaving the Belmont Abbey's D2 Wrestling program, I was a Brute Nationals All-American and a USA Wrestling folkstyle state champion.
