Poland and Russia before coming to Greece in 1996 where I worked as a Shift Manager, before starting a new career path, working in Surveillance at Club Hotel Casino Loutraki. Promoted to Surveillance Shift Manager in 2003 and in latter years became increasingly involved in data analysis. Managed to suggest several changes/modifications to casino operations, resulting in increased profitability for the company. Daily reports included: Daily visitation report- which was then compared to Casino special events to see if said events were good value, Player Tracking/Pit estimate/Actual drop and result report -looking for discrepancies and identifying possible areas of concern (which would be then passed on for staff reviews), Wheel Analysis review-looking for possible wheel bias and customers trying to take advantage of any wheel flaws and Touch bet roulette review-checking hit frequencies and expected win (taken from Coin In data) against actual win. Furthermore, I compiled a twenty page monthly Surveillance report-summarizing the monthly data from the above reports as well as analysing the overall Gaming results, broken down into main Floor/ VIP comparison, specific Pit performance, individual table performance, game type performance, slot machine performance (including analysis of Coin In and expected win compared to actual win) All of the above would be compared to results obtained in the previous month, as well as to the same month in the previous year. Summary included a trend analysis and recommendations for adjustments and/or improvements in operational policy.
