Full time research student working on My research project titled "Design of a Controlled Radiation Capsule Device for Improved Brachytherapy Cancer Treatment." This involves performing calculations to determine the required amount of radioactive material for delivering a specific dose rate to kill tumors, prototyping a capsule device with a 3D metal-printed prototype, and presenting the research to other students at the Office of Undergraduate Research at Kennesaw State University. I also tested an electromagnetic levitation kit for necessary data and worked on the Monte Carlo Damage Simulation to understand the DNA damage caused by varying doses of radiation.

I was trained by the hospital setting to assist surgeons with basic procedures. My responsibilities included preparing the surgical area, following the surgeon's directions, holding instruments, and ensuring the necessary area was accessible for the surgery. Some of the surgeries I assisted with during this time included knee replacement, hysterectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernia repair.
