I often collaborate with other expert training professionals on larger scale projects.As a facilitator I create a space where people can examine and challenge their ways of thinking and acting. The benefit for the individual is more conscious decision making and behaviour rather than just reacting. They listen better and engage more effectively with their clients and colleagues. As a result the organisation overall becomes more inclusive and higher performing. As a coach I thrive on supporting people to be more conscious, authentic and effective in how they communicate with others internally and externally, be it as a leader, manager or colleague. I believe that it is vital for people to be aware of and interrogate their own conditioning and its impact on how they respond to situations and people. My approach is to take conversations to a level where behavioural change happens because of personal insight and accountability. People appreciate my capacity to connect and empathise, pick up on what is not said and create a space for deep self-reflection.
