Responsible for managing the philanthropic interests of the Family Foundation. As a businessman and lawyer assists a variety of non-for-profits, with a primary focus on adoption, education, health care, ethics and character development. Serves on local and state wide Boards commensurate with giving interests.

Responsible for all corporate marketing, government affairs and public relations activities. Helped grow a 12 person agency to a 500 person $200M agency becoming the leader in the environmental insurance industry. ECS was sold to XL Capital, Inc. in 1999
