The book is my memoir about my career with the National Security Agency (NSA) and the NSA's role at the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap and how Pine Gap and the Intelligence Community responded during major conflicts such as the two Iraq Wars, the Balkans conflict, and Afghanistan. It is the first book of its type about an NSA satellite ground site published by an individual who held a Top Secret security clearance and who has worked on the inside of this type of facility.

Nationwide Intelligence Manager for the Travelling Con Men (TCM) Task Force. Managed intelligence from nationwide sources and assigned / case-managed investigations, evaluated risk, liaised with consumers, police, and intelligence organisations to identify suspects for prosecution in court while developing strategies to mitigate the detrimental impact to consumers.TCM are organised crime families that specialise in scamming vulnerable individuals, often the elderly with dementia or others with intellectual disabilities. Common scams include performing unlicensed home building work such as roof restoration or bitumen driveways. Consumer detriment and undeclared / untaxed income by these families exceed $100M each year. To mitigate the success of TCM, I developed a presentation to community organisations that showed consumers how to identify these con men and how to protect themselves. This was distributed to counterpart organisations interstate. The TCM Task Force was the most successful compliance program in NSW Fair Trading history, resulting in the forced departure from Australia of over 45 court-convicted TCM, over $800k in court ordered fines, and a public awareness program that severely impacted the operations of TCM families in Australia.Proficient at managing investigations and gathering diverse intelligence through various collection methodologies and techniques in a law enforcement context.
