PROJECT/CHANGE MANAGER+SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - CONTRACT or FULL TIMESeasoned IT professional with 20+ years of varied experience (I often wear both hats), in several different industries including 13+ years in Health Care, 8+ years for the Government of Ontario in 5 ministries and 3+ years with the Bank of Montreal. I am seeking employment where I can apply my vast experience and knowledge from previous roles to act as a vehicle of change, creating an underlying IT software/hardware infrastructure to better meet stakeholder needs and use resources more efficiently to improve and grow the client from where they are to where they want to be in the long term. Using my excellent interpersonal and communication skills I can manage all stakeholders’ expectations and get everyone to “buy in” to the projects. I am comfortable dealing directly with both senior management and end users with the ability to explain complex IT concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
