Created original IT department and as PM and BA I liaison with the stakeholders to ensure the proper capture and translation of business/client needs into system requirements, functional specifications and implemented solutions. OCF is a mental health self-help group that mentally challenged clients can access directly via internet so systems have to be super user friendly. I Manage the projects and perform Business Analysis on an ongoing basis. Thus I am analyzing and documenting additional high and detailed level business requirements and facilitating subsequent business change requests for enhancing Case Management and various reporting systems. I lead JAD sessions and use UML use cases and diagrams to facilitate requirements definition, development and testing. I Manage the UAT teams to confirm the solutions meet users' needs. So I act as a vehicle of change, creating an underlying IT software/hardware infrastructure to better meet both internal and external stakeholder needs and use resources more efficiently to improve and grow the organization to better serve our mental challenged client base in the long term.

Purpose of use cases to facilitate rapid, time limited checking of data integrity after physical migration of database. Data used by complex in house system (ICON). Reviewed available documentation and accessed ICON to gain deep understanding of what data needed to be checked and how. Documented this knowledge in straightforward manner. Thus I acted as a vehicle of change, enabling client to migrate very important personal data while maintaining data integrity.
