I am licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission to operate an international Freight Forwarding/NVOCC shipping company. Duties include contracts management, financial records, agency agreements and liaison with accountant & legal consult. As CEO/President I have over-all responsibilities for personnel, operations and work with our bank concerning all corporate financial issues, letters of credit, bank guarantees. I am primary liaison with WCA - Agents around the world.Our operations include Imports/Exports of Cargo for Clients to/from most countries of the world. I am also VP Special Projects involving material logistics services and project logistics.

Successfully managed the training of project personnel and purchasing activities under strict budget Performa guidelines. My working knowledge of State and Federal contract policies and regulations coupled with the international experience working for then Canadian based PCL was used to enter new markets and administrate a variety of complex projects across the USA. Highlights include: district administrator for start-up operations in Los Angeles, CA in 1982, Dallas, TX in 1979 and Denver, Co in 1977. Assigned activities included contract bid negotiations, bonding, purchasing and contract administration.
