• Work with team members throughout Wholesale Compliance to provide guidance as well as credible challenge to help ensure that Wholesale meets its regulatory compliance risk management responsibilities. Additionally, I communicate with risk managers and business managers, as necessary, to ensure proper attention and engagement are applied to regulatory compliance risk management and issue resolution.• Take part in the monthly Wholesale Risk Identification and Assessment Community of Practice. Engage regulatory SMEs to provide guidance to LOBs on specific regulatory requirements.• Create, enhance and manage risk assessment data reporting, including aged items reporting, remediation and resolution of aged and out-of-policy items across Risk Assessment and Identification systems of record, including CRAS+, SHRP, EARL and ERSA.• Oversee migration of Wholesale from CRAS+ to the new SHRP platform (Risk Identification Program), including evaluation of Wholesale requirements, review of converted data and hierarchy impacts, UAT, and implementation.• Implement Regulatory Compliance Risk Framework for Risk Identification and Assessment for Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking. • Design, own and manage special projects assigned by enterprise risk that interface across multiple Wholesale lines of business. • Manage and coordinate strategic initiative reporting updates to senior management, regulators and board of directors.

 Prepare and manage two separate global expense budgets across 30 cost centers. Responsible for monthly expense and headcount forecast, booking of accruals, allocations and general financial analysis. Meet with managers and provide monthly financial presentations, analyzing their current financial state as well as their full year forecast. Attend and act as the gatekeeper for Global Markets General Counsel Senior Mgmt. meetings. Consult with department heads and produce monthly dashboards & MI. Continue to prepare monthly global headcount reports & presentations for the General Counsel division.

General Counsel America’s main point of contact for all CAO related queries & issues (including MyAccess, My T&E, GAD, MMS, etc.) Mainpoint of contact for all Corporate Real Estate (CRES) related moves & issues within the General Counsel New York division. Project lead for orchestrating and implementing major space moves or consolidations  Prepare all recruitment related requisitions/reports and liaise with Human Resources & Recruitment on daily basis Prepare & assist monthly divisional accruals and work closely with CAO team on financial budgets & forecasts Manage Americas annual Time Allocation Labor Study. This entails working closely with the Controllers & Allocations team to improve current processes Prepare monthly global headcount reports & presentations for the General Counsel division. Receivers of the report vary from internal General Counsel Management to the CFO division Act as MyShop support for all General Counsel Departments includes basic training to tracking of purchase orders and invoices. Assist departments with issues regarding GL accounts and centrally managed categories to ensure timely payments Project lead for legal e-billing invoice auditing project. Projectwas part of the MyLegal initiative to save on overall legal spend  Work with Market Data Services team to identify alternative savings within the department’s subscriptions  Provide support to the GC business management team in completion of large-scale financial spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations to senior management Oversee & manage the Cristo Rey High School Internship program at Credit Suisse. Currently the supervisor of two students per week as well as the site manager of twenty students Acting representative & coordinator for all Continuing Legal Education courses and certification Project Manager for two work streams within the America’s Compliance Change Program. Consisted of a thorough review/analysis of the company’s Compliance department.

 Act as main point of contact for all Corporate Real Estate (CRES) related moves & issues within the General Counsel Raleigh division. Act as Credit Suisse point of contact for all reporting, production, and work area maintenance related to TyMetrix e-billing system. Provide training for all new and existing employees on the TyMetrix billing system and its various work areas including the onboarding of external vendors. Coordinate the onboarding of Axiom Law attorneys to the General Counsel Division. This included trainings, scheduling & planning.
