About David Rotger Muñoz

David Rotger is a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UAB (Feb. 2009). Since 1999, member of the Computer Vision Center (CVC) where has conducted the research related to his thesis entitled “Analysis and Multi-Modal Fusion of Coronary Images” as part of the Medical Imaging Laboratory (MILab), the results of which were transferred to the pharmaceutical Boston Scientific Corporation. In Sept 2007 he became Project Manager of the Development and Transference Dept. of the CVC. Member of the Computer Science Department at UAB since Sept 2000, has performed teaching duties related to the subjects of Software Engineering and Computer Vision, being responsible of the latter from 2007 until 2014. From Oct 2008 to Sept 2014 was the the Chief of the Technology Transfer and Valorisation (KTT) Unit of the CVC of the CVC.At Oct 2014, he assumed a new professional challenge as the CTIO of a new startup company related to the retail world.
